Our stylists will then curate a box for you based on your Style Profile. Also, you can purchase boxes for the special ladies of your life with the Gift option. What’s best? Shipping is FREE in Metro Manila for orders above P1,000!

Signing up is free! You will only be charged each time you purchase our Surprise-Me Boxes or a Monthly Subscription Plan.

We have a pool of experienced stylists who will get to know you by studying your Style Profile, and then curate your box before shipping.

We make sure to only include brand new and quality items, including pieces from StyleGenie The Label and other brands from local and international shops.

Starting August 1, 2017, Our delivery lead time for Surprise-Me Express Boxes is 3 to 5 working days for orders within Metro Manila
and 7 to 10 working days outside Metro Manila. We do not have business operations during weekends and public holidays.
Our Monthly Subscription Plans are shipped nationwide every 12th to 15th of the following month.
Cut-off for orders is every 8th day of the current month.
Our Limited Edition Boxes in partnership with exclusive brands may vary.

We accept payments via direct bank deposit thru BPI, debit card, credit card, or thru PayPal.

Please make sure to settle payments within 48 hours and don’t forget to send us a copy of your deposit slip at support@stylegenie.ph. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your order/s.

We understand that you may not always like the clothes that our stylists choose for you. This is why our website comes with an Exchange Form  that you can fill-out to avail of the ONE-TIME FREE* REPLACEMENT. Just make sure to submit this within seven (7) days from receipt of the box. Let us know what went wrong and our stylist will happily send you a better selection. See Terms and Conditions.

* Available for subscribers within Metro Manila only. Starting August 1, 2017, Customers shall ship their items for exchange back to StyleGenie HQ. Instructions will be sent via email.  

A ONE-TIME REPLACEMENT is also offered to customers from provincial areas, but both return and replacement shipping costs will not be shouldered by StyleGenie.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed. Kindly check your email for your order confirmation number. If you did not receive any, please send us an email at support@stylegenie.ph.

If you paid via BPI Bank deposit, please take a snap of your deposit slip or proof of online transfer and email it to support@stylegenie.ph. Once we receive this, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details within 24 hours.
